White chocolate sauce can add a sweet finishing touch to your coffee routine. You do not need a complicated recipe: begin with a small amount, mix thoroughly, and adjust the drink until the sweetness and coffee balance feel right to you.
1. A warm white chocolate mocha
Start with one freshly brewed espresso serving and about 1 teaspoon of white chocolate sauce in a heat-safe mug. Stir while the coffee is warm, then add 4–6 fl oz of warm milk. Taste before adding more sauce. If you like a stronger coffee presence, use less milk or add another separately brewed espresso serving.

2. An iced white chocolate latte
Stir about 1 teaspoon of sauce into a warm espresso serving first. In a separate large glass, add ice and 4–6 fl oz of cold milk, then pour in the coffee mixture and stir. Mixing the sauce into the warm coffee before it meets the ice helps it blend more evenly.
Change one thing at a time: a little more sauce for sweetness, less milk for a bolder drink, or a different coffee for your next experiment. Our Vertuo iced latte guide offers another starting point.
3. A warm white chocolate milk
For a drink without added coffee, stir a small amount of sauce into warm milk. Start with about 1 teaspoon per 6 fl oz of milk and adjust to taste. Check the sauce label for its ingredients and dietary information; leaving out espresso does not change the ingredients already in the sauce.
A few useful finishing touches
